HOW DO I RETURN?

  1. Log in to your ORCQ account and request a return.
  2. You will receive a shipping label, this is your return label.
  3. Put the items in their original packaging along with the delivery receipt in the box (the form that came with your order). If you want to return items from multiple orders, make sure you include all delivery receipts.
  4. Bring your package to delivery point
  5. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund. It can take up to 14 days for your money to be refunded to the original payment method.
  6. For exchanges: Once your exchange has arrived and been processed at the warehouse, we will ship your new item(s).
